We help well-known clients with their expansion to new markets nationally. Our main focus is meeting face-to-face with both existing and prospective clients. Brindle Consulting is hiring Entry Level Sales and Marketing Reps, this position involves responsibilities in:

​

  • Sales & marketing

  • Building relationships with clients to drive sales retention

  • Client account management

  • Working in the technology and communications industry

  • Business to business outside sales

  • Territory Management

  • Personal and professional training and development

  • Sales presentations to decision-makers

​

Training is provided!


Brindle Consulting is NOT a call center and does NOT do any kind of cold calling or phone sales.

 

  • Brindle Consulting cross-trains all employees within leadership development which includes:

  • Interviewing & Talent Sourcing

  • Training a sales team

  • Team building to improve company culture

  • Employee retention

  • Philanthropic community involvement/planning

  • Public Speaking to become a stronger leader

  • Business planning

The management team at Brindle Consulting offers an environment where our employee's ideas are not only heard but implemented. We offer a team-based and structured environment, however, employees are expected to be self-disciplined in managing their own time and work schedule.

 

The pay structure for this position is a combination of a base plus commission, as well as training pay.

 

​

Experience Required:

​

  • Previous marketing and client relations experience is desired but by no means necessary as training is provided

  • Some experience in a customer-facing role will be advantageous to your progression; customer service, hospitality, brand promotion etc

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem-solving & leadership skills

  • Ability to work individually or in a team

  • GED or equivalent is required, 2-4 year degree is preferred but not required

 

Personal Skills Required:

​

  • Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism & integrity. Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus.

  • Must thrive working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment

  • Fast learner who can retain product information

  • Confident, outgoing and approachable

  • Capable of working under pressure & meet deadlines

  • Strong customer service skills whilst being assertive and polite
